Information we collect
When you submit a quote request, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, mailing address, event details, budget range, timeline, banner details, and any inspiration photos you choose to upload. We also create an invoice number so Abby can track your request.
How we use it
We use this information only to review your request, contact you, prepare a quote, plan and fulfill a banner order, maintain business records, and protect the form from misuse. We do not sell personal information or use it for behavioral advertising.
Service providers
Information is handled by trusted services that operate the website, securely store requests and photos, and deliver request emails. Those providers process information only to provide these services. Clicking an Instagram or Facebook link takes you to that service and its own privacy practices.
Retention and security
Quote requests and uploaded photos are retained for up to 12 months, then deleted when no longer needed. Private photo links included in notification emails expire after seven days. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your quote information by emailing Abby. Some records may be kept longer when reasonably required for tax, accounting, dispute, or legal obligations.
Children
This website is intended for adults arranging events and is not directed to children under 13. Please do not submit a child’s private information or identifiable photo unless you are authorized to do so.
