Refund & cancellation policy
Each banner is made for one customer and one celebration, so cancellation and return rules reflect the custom nature of the work.

Before design approval
You may cancel before approving the design. Any amount paid for work that has not begun may be refunded, less any agreed non-recoverable costs already incurred.
After design approval
Once you approve the design, materials and production time are reserved for your custom banner. Payments are then non-refundable, and custom banners cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind, event cancellation, or an error in details you approved.
Changes
Requested changes after approval may require an added fee and may affect timing. A change is not guaranteed once painting has begun.
Damage or an error
If the banner arrives damaged or materially differs from the approved details, contact Abby as soon as possible with the invoice number and clear photos. The Painted Paper Co. will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as required by applicable law.
