Quotes and availability
A form submission is a request, not an accepted order or guaranteed date. Pricing shown on the website is a starting point. Complex graphics, revisions, shipping, and other requested details may change the final quote. Abby will confirm the scope, price, timing, and availability.
Customer-provided details
You are responsible for checking names, dates, wording, colors, delivery details, and other specifications before approving a design. You confirm that you have permission to share any photos or artwork you submit.
Design approval and handmade variation
Production may begin after design approval. Because every banner is painted by hand, small variations in color, lettering, spacing, and brushwork are part of the handmade character and are not defects.
Intellectual property
The Painted Paper Co. retains rights in its original artwork, photographs, and website content. You may use your finished banner for personal event use. Do not copy, resell, reproduce, or commercially exploit website content without written permission. Requests involving third-party characters, logos, or artwork may be declined.
Pickup, shipping, and delays
Pickup or shipping arrangements are confirmed individually. Shipping costs, if any, are disclosed before the order is finalized. The Painted Paper Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, severe weather, incorrect customer information, or events outside reasonable control.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, responsibility for a claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee. Questions or concerns should first be directed to Abby so they can be addressed promptly.
